Payments:
Once we have received your order we will send an invoice for a deposit of 40%. This is required to confirm your order. The outstanding balance is required 4 weeks before delivery date. For both deposit and final payment, you can either pay online (we will email you a Paypal payment request when required) or by cheque which can be made payable to Miss Aileen Bonner and sent to 113/2 Bellevue Road, Edinburgh, EH7 4DG. Online payment by credit/debit card will incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Delivery:
Deliveries are by made by Special Delivery or for an extra charge by Courier. We only deliver to UK postal addresses. Postage costs are determined individually once you have placed an order and depend upon the size and weight of the package. The cost will be added to your invoice. If orders of service or menus are to be delivered at a later date this will incur a seperate delivery charge.

Proofs:
Once we have received your order form and deposit, we will send out proofs for your approval. All proofs must be signed, dated and returned to us before production will begin. Any changes must be clearly marked, signed and returned. New proofs will then be sent out which again must be signed, dated and returned. Final proof reading is the responsilbilty of the customer. Any changes made after final proofs have been agreed will incur an extra charge.

We understand that information required for items such as Orders of Service and Menu’s are not always known at the time of ordering. In these circumstances a provisional order should be made and the details finalised at least 4 weeks prior to delivery date. You are responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any material, poems, hymns, songs etc, that are requested. You therefore indemnify Inspired Invites against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties copyright.

Cancellation:
An order can be cancelled any time before we receive final proofs. In such instances, the deposit (minus any costs incurred in production of proofs) will be refunded. If an order is cancelled once full production has begun ie after final proofs have been returned the full deposit plus final payment will be required.

Because the invites are personalised, no refunds or exchanges will be given unless the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

General:
As all of our invites are handmade, slight variations will occur.

All designs are subject to availability of material. We reserve the right to replace any part of an invite with a product of similar quality if necessary.

We reserve the right to decline an order if previous order commitments do not allow.
